Fernando Llorente ‘could sensationally return to Tottenham’ as they scramble to find cover after Harry Kane’s injury.
Llorente left Spurs as a free agent in the summer and joined Napoli but may now head back to north London.
La Gazzetta dello Sport claim that the Spanish forward may ‘sensationally return’ during the January transfer window.

Llorente has scored four times in 21 matches in all competitions for the Italian side since joining in the summer.
He slotted in for Kane at Spurs last season and helped them to the Champions League final.
Jose Mourinho is without a strong second option in the centre forward slot and is having to make do with either Lucas or Son-Heung min in the interim so a return for Llorente could be an attractive option.

The 34-year-old is approaching the end of his career but still offers an effective option as a target man.
Kane’s absence has created a major issue for Spurs as they pursue a place in next season’s Champions League.
They are currently nine places off Chelsea and remain eighth in the Premier League table.
